TechnoNova manufactures various-sized welded structures made of both carbon and stainless steel materials for different industrial sectors. Pharmaceuticals
TechnoNova manufactures stainless steel chambers for sterilizing pharmaceutical and medical products such as contact lenses, blood plasma, artificial feed, dental instruments and much else. We produce stainless steel mixers used for drugs and other pharmaceutical products. TechnoNova manufactures pressure and vacuum equipment for the production processes of pharmaceutical companies. An obvious requirement in this production area is separate manufacturing of stainless steel equipment from all other types of materials we use such as carbon steel, copper and bronze. Setting a high standard for quality is an essential requirement our customers demand and TechnoNova is working here with inspection partners such as TÜV Thüringen GmbH and Hartford Steam Boiler International GmbH to continuously raise standards.
Chemicals and petrochemicals
TechnoNova has many years of experience in the production of nitriding furnaces and various single and double-clad vacuum and pressure equipment, which are also manufactured in stainless steel. TechnoNova specializes in producing pressure vessels for the chemical industry, providing assistance in the drafting and modification of drawings including the calculation of a pressure vessel’s strength. Working with our customers, the company is involved in the manufacture of complete pump sets for use in both oil rigs and classical chemical plants. Our broad product portfolio can be found in companies that produce metallic paints, petrochemicals, refine metal and in many other specific areas of the chemical sector.

Major European companies use technological components for cellulose and paper production manufactured by TechnoNova, as well as its pressure vessels, feeders, hoppers and many other parts in technological units.
Recycling
TechnoNova is working with a major customer to produce reactors used for processing and recovering plastic waste. These reactors include vacuum pipes and welded pipe fittings.
